Just a month before Valentine's Day.  Already!  Are you gearing up for the biggest day of LOVE?  Grab a couple of my romance books in Kindle, and curl up in front of the fireplace, or heater, with a cup of hot cocoa.  I have a great recipe for your own mix at the end of this entry.

So, I joined a Valentine's Day Blog Hop - Book Lovin' Babes, hosted by Dana Taylor.  Thanks Dana!

Here is what I am giving away, as this is part of the Blog Hop:
One winner will receive two of my ebooks (their choice).  There are 15 titles to choose from.  Go to:  http://jancarolromancenovels.weebly.com and click on the books and Their Synopsis, then the next page and the next.  All winners from each Blog they visit will go into a master drawing, but you probably already know the the 'rules'.

To enter, send me an email (momofemmett@gmail) and answer this question:

How long has Faith been divorced?
In the subject, please write: Blog Hop
Hint: the answer is in one of the 15 synopsis on my website pages.

I love sharing recipes!  I have a real hard time keeping this Hot Cocoa Mix because everyone loves it!  Even my friends want to know when I'm making more.  I figure it's less expensive to give a recipe than to keep making and giving away the product!

HOT COCOA MIX
6 cups dry powdered milk
3 cups sugar (sugar substitute - you'll have to experiment)
2/3 cup dry unsweet cocoa powder  (like Hershey's baking cocoa powder)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dry non-dairy creamer (we love the flavored CoffeeMate, so I have to make several mixes each time)
Mix well together.  Keep in air-tight container.
To use:  put 1/4-1/3 cup cocoa mix in cup.  Add 8 ounces very hot water  Stir and add your favorite marshmallows or whipped cream, if desired.

Enjoy!
